Each user may create and operate only one raza baji account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, those accounts will be cancelled and any bonuses or winnings received may be forfeited.

• correct date of birth;

If you register with false or incomplete information, your account may be closed at any time and funds on balance may not be returned.

4.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods on raza baji are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

Depositing through a third party or from someone else's account is strictly prohibited. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer) are available for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing typically takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Account identity verification must be complete before submitting a withdrawal request. Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on raza baji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

raza baji offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawal. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before withdrawing.

5.2 Other Promotions

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used in your own account — they cannot be transferred to others.
• You may not participate in a promotion more than once unless the terms explicitly allow it.
• Maximum bet limits may apply when wagering with a bonus — details will be in the terms of each offer.
• Attempting to earn bonuses through system exploits or fraudulent methods may result in account closure.
• raza baji reserves the right to cancel any bonus if it is found to be not bona fide or if a breach of any condition is detected.

6.1 Validity of Bets

Only bets that have been successfully confirmed are considered valid. Bets that are not confirmed due to loss of internet connection or other technical issues will be considered void.

6.2 Void Bets and Recalculation

If an unexpected issue arises in a game or event — such as a data error, server problem or a technical fault from a game provider — raza baji reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet, in which case the stake will be returned.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• placing bets using software, bots or automated methods;
• taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts (multi-accounting);
• attempting to fulfil wagering requirements only through low-risk or minimal bets;
• exploiting any technical vulnerabilities of the platform;
• using another user's account or credentials.

7.1 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. It is advised to withdraw your balance before making the request. Data from a closed account will be retained for a specified period as required by applicable law.

7.2 Closure by raza baji

raza baji may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following cases:

• any breach of these terms and conditions;
• registration with false or forged information;
• fraudulent activity or bonus abuse;
• identification as an underage user;
• the account remaining inactive for an extended period.
